I also had  an error clicking around the TV:

Array index out of bounds, Index: 20, Array Length: 6 in RoomZoom.agc at line 181

It looks great I'm just feeling completely lost. I can't seem to connect any of the clues logically.

Thank you for your feedback, especially the specifics of the array error.

By the way, did you get the printed materials from the website (they may help with your solving issues)?

You can get them from here:

I did read through the PDF. I just can't seem to connect any of the clues with things I can interact with. I have a briefcase that needs a 3 digit code and a key that doesn't seem to fit anything. Already opened the filing cabinet with one key.

I did manage to open the box in the bottom filing cabinet. The hot spot for that bottom drawer was really difficult to find.

I'm at much the same point (i.e., key that opens nothing; no three-digit code).  I've also got four out of the six things I need to open the cabinet, but I've run out of places to look to find the other two.

There's a lot here that's really interesting.  I've got kind of mixed feelings about the external printed material--it's a good way to introduce more content, but it's sometimes difficult to switch back and forth between it and the game.

You might want to add a "turn the lights back on" button--once I turned them off, I literally had to open a new window where I restarted the game in order to figure out how to find the light switch again.

Also, I hit some sort of game-crashing bug--I think with the TV on, I clicked the TV power button again, and...something went wrong, I'm not sure what, but it definitely didn't like it.

Thank you for your feedback.

Out of interest, can I ask what machine, system and browser you were using.

Firefox (92.0.1) on a Windows machine.

Having explored further (well, OK, by which I mean "got four of the six dates, cheated with the PDF to get a fifth, brute forced the door open, and was surprised that that was the ending"): still a lot that's interesting.  But there's also a lot of what comes down to pixel-hunting: I examined the coaster on the desk early, clicked on it, clicked on the bottom of it, but never realized that there was a hotspot to its right to flip it over.  Similarly, looked at the bottle but missed the hotspot for the map; looked at the flowers, moused over most of it, missed the fact that there's something on the bottom of it.  (Found all of these things much later.)

I think there's a really good basis for an escape room here, but I also feel like it might need a little tweaking.
